Crowdfunding Page For Rapper Taken Down

Nipsey Hustle (born Ermias Asghedom) had it all together.

The LA rapper was shot and killed in front of his store on March 31.

His family has asked his friend NFL player Reggie Bush to take down the crowdfunding campaign on GoFundMe that was attempting to raise $100,000. (All other pages are unauthorized).

Hustle made clear that he had provided sufficient financial protections for his 2 children and wanted to avoid asking for “handouts.”

The money that has been raised is supposed to go to the Crenshaw community that Hustle was supporting.

As you can see from the linked article, the good intentions created quite a backlash on social media.
