Crowdfunding Child Star Defends $10 Million Campaign

Child star Corey Feldman, who is crowdfunding for $10 million to produce his tell-all movie about a Hollywood mogul, possibly still in power, who allegedly raped him as a child, is getting some blowback.

On the Today show, plugging his campaign, Feldman was challenged by his friend’s wife to name names now, and by Matt Lauer, who asked why he needed so much money for a documentary.

Feldman insisted that he needed the funding for a team of lawyers to defend against the likely defamation lawsuits and for security to protect him against likely threats against his life.
