Yanked Crowdfunder Considers Lawsuit Vs. Indiegogo

Canadian startup Frank, that was to create a $180 smart phone, is contemplating litigation against crowdfunding site Indiegogo.

Indiegogo terminated Frank’s crowdfunding campaign at only 23% of its targeted goal for alleged violations of its Terms of Service.

But Frank claims that it was yanked without fair notice and a chance to cure.

The company is now trying to pre-sell its phones on its own website.
