Crowdfunders Trying To Shame Tax Returns From The President

Although two pages from the President’s 2005 tax returns were released to the public last night, Chicagoans are crowdfunding for a 16-foot-tall inflatable rooster with a signature hair do to float on April 15, tax day.

The local demonstration is slated to kick off in Millennium Park at 10am to protest the refusal of the President to release his tax returns so the American public can try to determine whether he has any conflicts of interest or could be subject to pressure from foreign entities.

Called “Give Him The Bird” campaign, it’s raised about half of its goal.
