Christmas Elves Crowdfund For Sick Kids

Sounding almost like a Dickens story, a heartless thief stole “presents worth £3,000 which were to be given to desperately ill children in intensive care” at St. Mary’s Hospital, London, over Christmas.

Even Santa’s costume was swiped.

Now, the charity Children of St Mary’s Intensive Care is crowdfunding to replace the gifts in time for its Carols by Candlelight Concert and Christmas party for the kids.”A donation of £10 buys a present for a child, while £5 gets a Christmas decoration and £3 means a family can light a candle to remember or reflect on the last year.”

They have raised over £25,000 to date.
