Crowdfunding Now A Reality

36 companies have now registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission to make equity crowdfunding offers to all investors.

These companies range in industry from:

  • NextRx, a RX-Pass system which provides medical marijuana patients with secure and convenient digital registration and one-scan check-in at subscribing dispensaries; to
  • Rodeo Donut, a retailer that sells gourmet doughnuts, fried chicken and whiskey; to
  • MF Fire, a, Benefit LLC that has created technology and products for the wood stove market; to
  • Bogobrush, a biodegradable toothbrush.

Securities being offered range from convertible non-voting common stock to SAFE securities.
